BIO
- ABOUT PHiLLYK
Born and raised in Paris, France, PHiLLYK quickly became interested in all things art including graphic design, photography, and film. After earning his degree in Visual Arts (Imaging and Digital Arts) in Baltimore, Md, he relocated to New York City to pursue his vision of creating films, and has since worked with the Beastie Boys and music video pioneer Little X. His most recent documentary, Lift Up, filmed in Haiti shortly after the earthquake, won several awards including the Documentary Directing Award at the Amsterdam Film Festival. He currently resides in LA and is represented by Covalent Productions & Greenpoint Pictures, directing videos for clients such as Nike, Crown Royal, Buick, and NFL.
